The Southern Menu — the original four-course dinner.
The OG in-home dinner that started all of this. Elevated Southern cooking, smoke and fire, four courses — select one dish per course. Flat $125 per guest, and it's now bookable online. Best for a candlelit night in your home, two to twenty at the table, when you want a classic Chef Josh dinner without a custom-menu conversation.
Aura — restaurant-grade dining, in your dining room.
Aura is the private dining experience for the night that deserves a real menu. Multi-course tasting menus designed around the room, the occasion, and the people at the table. I plate to order, pace the courses, and treat the room like a 12-seat restaurant for the night.
It's the right call when an anniversary needs to be memorable, when out-of-town family is in for the weekend, when the corporate dinner needs to land, when a proposal can't go sideways. Aura goes anywhere in Middle Tennessee — your home, a private estate, a rooftop, an Airbnb in Germantown, a venue in Franklin.
Linea — handmade pasta & charcuterie, designed to be shared.

Linea is the louder, looser sibling. Handmade pasta — pappardelle rolled that morning, 30-hour ragùs, agnolotti folded by hand. Three-foot charcuterie boards built with Amy Campbell, our co-lead on charcuterie. Wine pairings that aren't a checklist.
Linea is built for the dinners where the room is supposed to be a little electric — rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, welcome-weekend Airbnb dinners, weddings, corporate gatherings, anniversaries that want to feel like a long Italian Sunday.
Linea bookings start at a $1,000 food minimum + 20% hospitality and serve homes, short-term rentals, rooftop dinners, and venues across Middle Tennessee. The booking experience and full menu live on the Linea site.
